Having earned a degree in Communications/Business from Wright State University in Dayton, OH and working in customer service for years, Lisa understands the client and their needs and is passionate about exceeding their expectations. Lisa’s positive attitude and genuine concern for others has earned her not only the respect and admiration of her colleagues, but also the title of Team Mentor.
