BroadBand Light (BBL)
BroadBand Light (BBL) is an advanced light-based treatment designed to improve a wide range of skin concerns caused by aging, sun damage, and active lifestyles. Using precise bursts of light energy, BBL targets unwanted pigment, age and sun spots, redness, small facial veins, uneven texture, and loss of firmness.
During treatment, gentle photothermal energy heats the upper layers of the skin. This stimulates skin cell renewal and boosts collagen production, helping to restore a smoother, brighter, and more youthful appearance. Over time, BBL helps even out skin tone, soften fine lines, reduce redness, and diminish brown pigmentation—revealing clearer, healthier, more radiant skin.

What can I expect?
Your BBL treatment is quick, comfortable, and completely non-invasive. After cleansing the skin, your provider will apply a protective gel and safety eyewear before delivering precise pulses of light to the treatment area. You may feel a warm, snapping sensation similar to a rubber band, but most patients find it very tolerable. The treatment typically takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the areas being treated. Afterward, your skin may appear slightly pink or warm—similar to a mild sunburn—which usually fades within a few hours. Brown spots may temporarily darken before naturally flaking off over the next 7–10 days. Makeup can usually be worn the same day, and you can return to normal activities right away. As collagen production increases, you’ll notice your skin tone become clearer, smoother, and more radiant in the weeks following treatment.
